Welcome to Trane! As a new employee one of your first tasks is to select your benefits. You must do this within 31 days from your date of hire. The choices you make today remain in effect until our next annual enrollment period or until you experience a qualified life event change.

To get started, click "New Hire Benefit Selection". Use the User ID and password supplied by your Human Resources representative.

After you select your benefits, click on the “eProfile for New Hires” button.  Enter your business E-Mail address, emergency contact and other information into your profile.  If you don’t know your email address yet please review the E-Mail tutorial.
