View and edit your dependent's data

Managing your dependent's information is quick and easy using eBenefits. In minutes you can review and update your dependent's information at anytime -- from home or the office.

About dependents...

Who's a Dependent? Your cat may be pretty dependent upon you, but unfortunately pets are not generally regarded as being dependents. (We're working to change that.) Here are the current qualifications:

• Your spouse.
  
  
• Your unmarried children from birth to their 19th birthday.
  
  
• Unmarried children from age 19 to their 23rd birthday who are regularly attending school on a full-time basis and are dependent on you for support. You'll need to verify that your dependent is a student by providing a transcript or a note from the registrar's office.

How to review and edit your dependent info.

• Click Edit dependents and beneficiaries from the eBenefits home page. On this page, you'll see a summary list of your current dependents
  
  
• Click the dependent's name to view your dependent's full profile. (A sample page appears to your left.)
  
  
• Click Edit to make changes to the profile
  
  
• On the following screen, type in your changes and click Save when you're finished.
  
  
• A confirmation page appears. Click Okay at the bottom of the page to navigate back to the dependents profile page.
  
  
• At the bottom of the dependent's profile page, click Benefits home to move back to the benefits home page.
  
  
• ·When you're finished remember to click Sign Out to log off the system
